we all learn in different ways, we offer training appropriate to your business and employee needs.
Training Options.
1. TOI - after an installation or upgrade there are very often
front line teams or staff who need to deal with first level enquiries from users or external staff. Our TOI, or
Transfer of Information provides training on an informal basis with small groups (minimum 2 people) to larger groups (maximum 10
people). This equips them with a basic level of knowledge and understanding delivered in a friendly and non invasive manner.
2. 'Over-the-Shoulder' - this is very much aimed at technical staff
and is typically for 1 to 3 people. Many companies find it beneficial to employ us to effectively show them how to install
or configure a particular device and they watch and learn by this 'over-the-shoulder' approach. Once equipped with this
knowledge they can then replicate and repeat as many times as needed.
3. Bespoke courses - we are able to tailor make courses on any
aspect of IT networking, storage and security aimed at either technical or sales staff who need to enhance their skills.
We design the course based on the objectives and existing knowledge base and break it down into manageable chunks.
Courses can be based either at clients premises or externally in a nearby hotel
dependent on number of people which can be anything up to 500. In some cases we may bring in external trainers who we
work with to ensure we deliver value and content.
