We offer both remote help desks (accessible by web portal and ticketing priority)
and an in-house team. Many of our clients find it beneficial to have a first level of held desk available to them and
the remote help desk is ideal for them. Our Support Packages offer this facility as in integral part of the service.
Our in-house help desk enables clients to call or email support issues which
are better dealt with by a phone call
For larger clients where there are a large number of users on one site, we offer
on site engineers or technical staff to have a hot desk in clients premises to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
