Our configuration and installation service
provides you with a complete service from defining the initial requirements to the final on site acceptance tests and handover.
We have a wealth of experience in this
field and we understand the importance of agreeing the requirements before the configuration stage is begun. Once the requirements
are agreed and documented, we can often pre-configure the equipment and perform basic tests off-site, before site installation
starts. Using this approach we are able to minimize customer disruption and downtime and uncover any unforeseen issues before
the system is installed and goes live.

Typical Examples of our pre-configuration
service
1. Typical Ethernet Switch configurations
may include port aggregation for improved inter-switch throughput, VLAN tagging for LAN segmentation and MIB definitions to
provide tailored network management displays.
2. For inter-site WAN installations, we
would always configure a backup path to ensure 100% up time, and where appropriate suggest WAN optimization and WAN acceleration
solutions. In a remote access environment we ensure that access security is the number one requirement, and where appropriate
install a two-factor authentication solution to give you total peace of mind.
3. When installation is complete we provide a detailed report showing full configuration details including the IP addressing
scheme, port configuration details, security passwords (in a password protected document) for remote access and VPN solutions,
and tips on first level fault diagnosis. This document provides both you and us with vital information for ongoing maintenance
and support.
We can also offer you a hands-on training course to enable you to do first level management. But we are only a phone call away should you need immediate technical support.
A remote link can normally be setup to
allow our experienced engineers to spot any configuration issues or problems, and get you back up and running in a short timeframe.
