Primary Trade-In - we provide the opportunity for our clients to trade in their old hardware rather than write it off totally.  This gives extra budget to use when upgrading to a new system or infrastructure.

Primary Trade-In Program (PTIP)

The Primary Trade In Program (PTIP) enables you to trade in your old or out of date hardware against your new requirements. The trade-in program enables clients to trade-in old or surplus equipment on any of the leading brands we currently sell.

How it works

·        Contact your Primary Networks Group Account Manager with an equipment list that you wish to trade-in or use the enquiry form below.

·         We will provide a quotation with an expiry date.  This date will vary depending on the product being traded in but typically is 2 to 6 weeks.

·        The new equipment is ordered and the new equipment is supplied by Primary.

·        The used product must be returned to Primary Networks Group within 30 days for the trade in to qualify.

·        On receipt of the equipment and subject to a satisfactory check a credit note will be issued to you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.      All trade-in quotations are valid for a limited period as stated on the quote and before a PO has to be placed

2.      All trade-in quotations are only valid against a new order for a minimum of 3 times the trade in value.

3.      Trade-in goods have to be sent to us within 30 days of new equipment being delivered.

4.      The trade in value is paid by way of a credit note against the PO for new equipment.

5.      Credit note will only be issued on receipt of goods having been checked.

6.      The customer must warrant that the goods being traded in are free from any financial or other charge.

* most items of  hardware can be traded-in but there may be some exceptions.  Each trade-in is considered on an individual basis and is dependent on external factors such as exchange rate and general third party resale and supply market.
