Ensuring your IT teams are conversant and able to support your IT system is essential
to your business. We have a range of courses to suit and most of them can be booked on line in advance.
1. Front line technical staff - hand-over or refresher course
Applicable where we, or a third party, have installed or project managed a new system and the system
will then be managed by an in-house team.
2. Vendor Product Training - sharpen your skills with key vendors or technologies
These courses are specifically for when a client needs to specifically concentrate learning on
a particular product set and gain greater depth of knowledge.
Vendor training includes, but is not limited to, Cisco, 3Com, Huwai, HP, IBM, F5, and some niche
players including Alloy, Volamp, Selwyn etc.
3. Client Bespoke Courses
Sometimes you need a different form of training or a course specifically targetted at criteria of your
choice. These might include a new area of business or perhaps you have recently merged departments or companies
and so a training update covering a multitude of topics might be needed.
Our approach would be to discuss your needs by phone or by way of a meeting and aim to understand what
it is you need to achieve. We will then present some proposals and design a course around this.
All training can be designed to suit the needs of your team and options include:
Informal - not a classroom situation but more hands-on training with delegates being
shown how to do things. The course aims to go at the speed of the person or group and cover is as in-depth as the group
requires.
Ideal for small groups of 1 to 5 with a maximum of 20.
Formal - held usually in a meeting room, using training methods and tools to
communicate including Powerpoint presentations.
Ideal for larger groups of up to 50 but equally suitable for groups of 1 to 10.
Offsite - where it is important to be away from the distractions of the office environment
so quality of learning can be achieved.
Onsite - held at the companies offices, this location is usually preferred as it reduces
travelling cost and the all the equipment is on location.
Please note that our costs for offsite training do not include hotel
or room hire, refreshments, buffet, teas and coffees etc. We can book these on clients behalf but all costs must be
paid for in advance of any training.
