Level 1
Entry level grade for junior engineers.
Working to CCNA/MCDST/A+ with field experience.
Capable of handling basic fault finding hardware / software.
Level 2
CCNA / MCSA qualified with experience in the field of at least 2 or more years.
Capable of handling fault finding on a wider range of equipment, installation and configuration of
OS.
Level 3
CCNP / MCSE qualified with more than 3 years in the field.
Capabilities include more complex fault finding as well as basic system design.
Level 4
A higher level engineer qualified to at least level 3 but with over 4 years experience in the field.
Capabilities include a broader skill set with client experience of project management, complex fault
finding, third line support. More advanced system design and configuration.
Level 5
Our highest level.
Minimum CCIE / MCSE + MCT Consultant Level with over 10 years experience.
Capabilities as level 4 but including pre and post sales experience and complex preparation and implementation
of advanced systems.
